is not cool. It sucks. It is painful. I would not wish this upon my enemy and I have a lot of those. Like I said that

'It is easier to eat pizza than it is to run on the treadmill. Its easier to turn to ice cream rather than people for support. Its easier to say 'Fuck it, I give up' than it is to say 'Fuck this, I can do it'.. So you know what? I'm not going to sit here and tell you day after day that you can do this. If you don't believe you can, then you can't. That's the honest truth. You need to do this for you and if you don't want it enough then you sure as hell won't achieve it. So take the easy way out and remain unhealthy and continue to gain weight because you can't realize you are the only one hurting yourself. I didn't say it would be easy. I said it would be worth it'.


  1. u cant still b dehyradted even when ur drinking that much trust me ive been trying to get over mine for awhle and i still get dizzy andpass out but i find osme juice helps and alil salt every once ina while and of course water

    what have u deicded to change about urself hun

  2. What kind of juice? Like is that frozen stuff packed full of sugar, and calories? My mom always buys that frozen concentrate stuff but I don't know.. and I'm not sure, perhaps get tanned, even more thin, my hair colour and change my style of clothes. I want to start collecting heels and stuff, I only have one pair :( <3 Thanks for always commenting, it means a lot!
