is not cool. It sucks. It is painful. I would not wish this upon my enemy and I have a lot of those. Like I said that

  2. Sorry for the late reply, I hardly have time to go on here anymore but I will try to update as much as I can. Thanks, I'm glad you like the pictures. How is your diet going? I will check your blog soon! I need to lose 10 pounds to be at my goal weight ( it is 80 lbs ). It sucks because I'm in that phase where I'm not losing anything, no matter what I do :(..Its been happening for a month.

    Yeah, I recommend you run every morning, and every night ( if your neighbourhood is safe ). Don't run until you are tired, run until your legs are about to collapse. After every run, drink 2-3 glasses of water. Take cold showers they boost your metabolism. If you are hungry, stay away from meats, breads, and junk. If I am hungry, I have a baggy of 3 carrots ( the mini ones ), and an apple. I usually half the apple but that is just me. Carrots are really good.
