  1. I feel bad not eating food someone makes, but I feel bad eating it. So no matter what I'm going to end up feeling bad.

    Sometimes laying something cool/cold over your eyes will help with puffiness. Like a cool damp washcloth or cucumber slices that have been in the refrigerator. If they are dark circles, you might need more sleep. Or it could be from allergies. If it's allergies, take an antihistamine. Part of it could be genetics. If it's genetics there's nothing that can be done but use make up. Maybe try a different brand of concealer or a different color.

    as regards to the circles under you eyes, i'd suggest the same as kes; cold cucumbers, or tea-spoons from the refrigerator. Spoons take a while to cool enough though, and you may get funny questions and looks for putting them in....maybe try the freezer if they can be hidden there?? I know the spoons are pretty random, but I heard it a few years ago and it worked for me
